About the Role

The creative vision is someone else's. Making it real, reliable, and scalable under pressure? That's us. We need someone who's spent 4–6 years in the event and experiential world, knows how agencies and brands think, and has the network and track record to back it up.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and handoff
  • Build and nurture relationships with event agencies, brand marketing teams, and experiential leads
  • Identify new business opportunities across live events, brand activations, and large-scale installations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects accurately and set the right client expectations
  • Represent 4Brains at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
  • Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and report progress against growth targets

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of business development or sales experience in events, experiential, or live production
  • An existing network of agency and brand contacts you can activate
  • Strong understanding of how event and experiential projects are bought and sold
  • Confident communicator — equally comfortable in boardrooms and on-site briefings
  • Self-starter who thrives without hand-holding and takes full ownership of outcomes
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
